In 1998, Elias Bakeland opened his doors in a modest corner of New York with a single mission: to feed people extraordinarily well. What began as an intimate family dining room of twelve tables is today a globally recognised restaurant group with twelve locations across three continents.
Three generations later, the Bakeland family still holds the kitchen's compass — ensuring that every dish we serve carries the same warmth, precision, and love that Elias poured into his very first plate.
